From this year 2024, our project is now a full research project of RIHN. We welcomed four researchers (Kentaro Noda, Utako Aoike, Teruya Maehata, and Georgina Seera) to start the research activities for the Organic Material Circulation Project (the official project title is “Building up organic material circulation system among urban and rural area: Toward the integration of local perception and scientific knowledge”). The secretariat consists of seven people, Michiko Nakade (Research Associate), Akiyo Shioya (Co-PI, Graduate School of Asian and African Area Studies, Kyoto University), four researchers and Shuichi Oyama (PI).
